Abstract

Some internal and external reasons, making the necessity of rising the quality of higher education in the country dependent on, are considered in the article, also some tasks for reforming of the existing multistage training of specialists in the system of High School are defined. The Belarusian State University is in the forefront of this process. The author analyses two types of transformations, carrying out here: organizing - structural, orientated on the real transition to multistage system in University training, and profound - technological, directed to renovation of profound of the teaching-planning documents, working out a new generation of didactic provision of teaching process, to changing the structure of lecture and independent work of students, to using personally orientated forms and methodics of education with the help of computer and information technologies. The system of measures for stimulating the novation activity of teaching staff of the Belarusian State University is also given by the author.
