РОСТ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ДИФФЕРЕНЦИАЦИИ В США: ДОХОДЫ И СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ

Abstract

В качестве наиболее общей и существенной черты развития современных США автор определяет рост социального неравенства, наиболее существенным компонентом которого является постоянный рост дифференциации в получаемых доходах, заработках и владении собственностью. На основании анализа фактических данных делается вывод об определяющем влиянии накопления собственности и непропорционально большей части доходов в руках немногих как основной причине прогрессирующего роста противоречий в американском обществе. Попытки изменить данное положение демократическими администрациями не имели успеха и способствовали успеху популистcкой политики Д. Трампа.The author defines the growth of social inequality as the most general and essential feature of the modern United States, the most essential component of which is the constant growth of differentiation in income, earnings and property ownership. Based on the analysis of factual data, a conclusion is made about the determining influence of the accumulation of property and a disproportionately large part of income in the hands of a few as the main reason for the progressive growth of contradictions in American society. Attempts to change this situation by democratic administrations were unsuccessful and contributed to the success of the populist policy of D. Trump.
