РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ МИГРАЦИОННЫХ ПРЕДПОЧТЕНИЙ ГОРОДСКОГО НАСЕЛЕНИЯ БЕЛАРУСИ

Abstract

Выявлена географическая структура миграционных потоков городского населения Беларуси в разрезе административно-территориальных областей и г. Минска. Установлена превалирующая роль г. Минска в формировании территориальной структуры миграционных потоков. Определено усиливающее влияние на объемы межобластного миграционного обмена протяженной контактной зоны между смежными областями, способствующей активизации разнообразных культурно-бытовых, социальных и экономических трансрегиональных контактов. В Могилевской области отмечается повышенная интенсивность выбытий городского населения за пределы области и активный миграционный обмен с тремя соседними областями, что свидетельствует о недостаточной миграционной привлекательности самого региона в силу особенностей социально-экономического развития и экологической ситуации.The geographical structure of migration flows of the urban population of Belarus in the context of administrative-territorial regions and the city of Minsk is revealed. The prevailing role of the city of Minsk in the formation of the territorial structure of migration flows has been established. The increasing influence on the volume of interregional migration exchange of an extended contact zone between adjacent regions, which contributes to the activation of various cultural, social, and economic transregional contacts, is determined. In the Mogilev region, there is an increased intensity of the departure of the urban population from the region and an active migration exchange with three neighboring regions, which indicates the insufficient migration attractiveness of the region itself due to the peculiarities of socio-economic development and the environmental situation.
