РАЗВИТИЕ ДИПЛОМАТИЧЕСКИХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ МЕЖДУ РЕСПУБЛИКОЙ КОРЕЕЙ И РЕСПУБЛИКОЙ БЕЛАРУСЬ В 1992-2012 гг

Abstract

В статье анализируется динамика дипломатических отношений между Республикой Корея и Республикой Беларусь на протяжении двадцати лет. Выявлены факторы, способствующие развитию сотрудничества между странами: выгодное географическое расположение в своих регионах; стабильность как политической системы, так и политического режима; открытость стран для сотрудничества с внешним миром, а также менталитет и традиции общества в этих странах; растущая экономика; заинтересованность в разработке новых технологий и наличие ресурсов для инвестирования в данные проекты. Определен комплекс факторов, который сдерживал развитие корейско-белорусских отношений: удаленность стран друг от друга, определенная пассивность внешнеполитических ведомств, довольно малая информированность корейских партнеров о Республике Беларусь, неприоритетное место Республики Беларусь во внешнеполитических интересах Республики Корея, отсутствие комплексной стратегии и последовательности в расширении белорусского присутствия на рынках Восточной Азии.The article analyzes the dynamics of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Belarus for twenty years. The factors contributing to the development of cooperation between the countries are identified: favorable geographical location in their respective regions; stability of both the political system and the political regime; openness of countries to cooperation with the outside world, as well as the mentality and traditions of society in these countries; growing economy; interest in the development of new technologies and the availability of resources to invest in these projects. A set of factors has been identified that hindered the development of Korean-Belarusian relations: the remoteness of the countries from each other, a certain passivity of the foreign ministries, a rather low awareness of the Korean partners about the Republic of Belarus, the non-priority place of the Republic of Belarus in the foreign policy interests of the Republic of Korea, the lack of a comprehensive strategy and consistency in expanding the Belarusian presence in the markets of East Asia.
