Abstract

The article presents the experience of implementing continuing foreign language pedagogical education in the specialty of retraining "Foreign language (with language indication)". The importance of continuous foreign language education as one of the effective factors in the qualitative change of life and professional position in adult supplementary education is substantiated. The experience of organizing educational activities in the field of linguistic education is presented. The trends in the development of the system of retraining of teaching staff in the Republic of Belarus are considered on the example of the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of BSPU named after M. Tank.
