Abstract

В статье анализируются способы выявления лидеров среди представителей молодежи. Опыт Российской Федерации и других стран СНГ по выявлению перспективной молодежи, обладающей выраженными лидерскими качествами, способствует определению эффективных практик и возможности их использования в Республике Беларусь. Автор статьи обращает внимание на конкурс как один из наиболее действенных путей определения лидеров. В статье также отмечается важность информационного обеспечения реализуемых проектов, что повышает ее доступность и привлекательность для молодежи.The article analyzes the ways of revealing leaders among youth representatives. The experience of the Russian Federation and other CIS states on revealing promising youth with expressive leadership qualities contributes to defining effective practices and possibilities of using them in the Republic of Belarus. The author of the article pays attention to contest as one of the most effective ways of identifying leaders. The article also notes the importance of information maintenance of the realized projects which increases its accessibility and attractiveness for the youth.
