Abstract
В статье приводятся результаты исследования теоретических основ развития методологической культуры педагога в системе непрерывного образования. Проанализированы подходы к определению сущности методологической культуры как философско-методологического и педагогического феноменов, реконструирована ее морфология в проблемном поле педагогических исследований. Раскрывается модельное видение онтологических характеристик методологической культуры
педагога как теоретического конструкта, а также ее компетентностный профиль.
In the article are resulted research of theoretical bases of development of a methodological culture of the teacher in system of continuous education. Analyzed approaches to determining the essence of methodological culture as a philosophical - methodological and pedagogical phenomena, reconstructed its morphology in the problem field of pedagogical research. Revealed a model vision of the ontological characteristics of the methodological culture of the teacher as a theoretical construct, as well as its competence profile.
