ОПЫТ ПОДГОТОВКИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ МАТЕМАТИКИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ

Abstract

Повышение качества подготовки учителей математики в университетах является актуальной задачей. Данная работа - результат обобщения опыта преподавания различных дисциплин высшей математики в БГПУ. На подготовку учителей математики негативное влияние оказывают три главных фактора: 1) падение уровня школьного математического образования; 2) переход от 5-летнего цикла обучения студентов к 4-летнему; 3) имевшая место вирусная пандемия, оживившая дистанционное обучение.Для физико-математических специальностей педагогических университетов способами преодоления указанных проблем могли бы стать: 1) использование авторской методики под названием «Обучая, обучаюсь»; 2) ориентация учебных программ на востребованность изучаемого предмета (важность приобретаемых компетенций в профессии, наличие межпредметных связей дисциплины, полезность дисциплины при переходе специалиста в смежную область); 3) внедрение тематических индивидуальных заданий.Increasing the quality of training mathematics teachers at universities is a relevant task. This work is the result of generalizing the experience of teaching various disciplines of higher mathematics at BSPU. Three main negative factors make impact on training mathematics teachers: 1) decrease of the level of school mathematical education; 2) transfer from 5-year cycle of teaching students to 4 years; 3) virus pandemic which occurred to enliven distance learning.For Physics and Mathematics specialties of pedagogical universities, the ways of overcoming the above-mentioned problems could be the following: 1) using the author’s methods by the name «While teaching, I learn»; 2) orientation of the curricula to the demand of the studied subject (the importance of the acquired competences in the profession, presence of the interdisciplinary connections of the discipline, use of the discipline in transfer of a specialist into an adjacent sphere); 3) implementation of thematic individual assignments.
