Abstract

Определены сущность и структура понятия «инклюзивная культура педагога воспитательно- оздоровительного учреждения образования», выявлены современные тенденции формирования инклюзивной культуры у субъектов воспитательно-оздоровительных учреждений образования, разработаны и апробированы технология формирования инклюзивной культуры педагога воспитательно-оздоровительного учреждения образования, методы диагностики особенностей инклюзивной культуры педагога воспитательно-оздоровительного учреждения образования, разработано и внедрено соответствующее методическое обеспечение. Findings and their originality: the essence and structure of «inclusive culture of a teacher of an educational and sanatorium type of institutions» concepts have been specified; the peculiarities of the formation of inclusive culture in the subjects of educational and sanatorium type of institutions have been revealed; the technique of formation of inclusive culture of a teacher of educational and sanatorium type of institution, diagnostic techniques for peculiarities of inclusive culture of a teacher of educational and sanatorium type of institution have been developed and tested; the appropriate methodological support has been developed and implemented.
