РАЗВИТИЕ ТВОРЧЕСКОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА СТУДЕНТОВ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ОБЩЕПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ

Abstract

This article reveals a developmental problem of the creative potential of a student personality during general pedagogical training. There are defined the components of such definitions as creative potential’, creative potential of a teacher’, basic characteristics of the personal creative potential. Particular attention is given to the consideration of the set of structural components of the personal creative potential. The author sorts out some basic developmental conditions of the personal creative potential of a student. The article touches upon an interaction problem of the creative potential and personal creative abilities; influence of a teacher’s personal example on students’ choice of behavior patterns at pedagogical problems solving; correlation between intelligence, a level of knowledge, imagination, emotions, motives and experience in creative activities in the creative potential activization of a student personality; usage of business games in the higher school. There are made some methodical recommendations about the development of the creative potential of a student personality during general pedagogical training.
