Abstract
В статье анализируется президентская кампания Берни Сандерса, кандидата от Демократической партии на выборах 2020 г. в США. Рассматриваются методы и средства ведения кампании, его взгляды на определенные проблемы американского общества, категории избирателей, поддерживающих данного кандидата, а также причины поражения кандидата в президентской гонке.
The article analyzes the presidential campaign of Bernie Sanders, the candidate of the Democratic Party in the 2020 elections in the United States. The article examines the methods and means of conducting the campaign, his views on certain problems of American society, the categories of voters who support this candidate, as well as the reasons for the candidate's defeat in the presidential race.
