Abstract

The article outlines the problem of continuous musical and musical-pedagogical education for sustainable development, presents the developed concept of a competency-based model for training a teacher-musician in the education system, due to the subject of activity (musical art), its cultural and art history basis. A model of pedagogical conditions corresponding to pre-university, university and postgraduate musical and musical-pedagogical education is also presented.
