Abstract
Целью данной работы является описание и характеристика реализации прав и гарантий педагогов в рамках Трудового законодательства. Проведен анализ законодательства Российской Федерации об образовании и Трудового Кодекса Российской Федерации. Сделан вывод о необходимости усовершенствования и введения новшеств в трудовых правах педагогов.
The purpose of this work is to describe and characterize the implementation of the rights and guarantees of teachers in the framework of Labor legislation. The analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation on education and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation is carried out. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve and introduce innovations in the labor rights of teachers.
