Abstract

В исследовании уточнена сущность перманентного развития личности профессионала; выявлены особенности метасистемы музыкально-педагогического процесса; обоснована сущность полисубъекта в музыкальном образовании, условия и динамика полисубъектных взаимодействий; разработаны концепция и модель перманентного развития личности педагога-музыканта в музыкально-педагогическом процессе; выявлены и обоснованы закономерности перманентного развития личности (стадиальность личностно-профессионального развития, асинхронность, темпоральная пластичность, двухвекторная направленность); определены и операционализированы инварианты профессионализма; разработана методика перманентного развития личности педагога-музыканта в условиях полисубъектного взаимодействия. Выявленные педагогические закономерности и условия перманентного развития личности педагога-музыканта в полисубъектном взаимодействии позволяют изменить содержание и методическую оснащенность музыкального и музыкально-педагогического образования и обеспечить его интенсификацию. Ускорение сроков подготовки специалиста – непосредственный экономический результат. In the research the essence of the permanent development of personality of a professional has been defined more precisely; the features of the metasystem of a musical and pedagogical process have been revealed; the essence of a polysubject in music education, the conditions and the dynamics of polysubject interactions have been proved; the concept and the model of the permanent development of the personality of a music teacher in the musical and pedagogical process have been developed; the regularities of the permanent development of personality (stageness of personal and professional development, asynchronicity, temporal plasticity, two-vector orientation) have been revealed and proved; the invariants of professionalism have been defined and operationalized; the methods of the permanent development of the personality of a music teacher in the conditions of polysubject interaction have been developed. The revealed pedagogical regularities and conditions of the permanent development of the personality of a music teacher in the polysubject interaction allow to change the contents and the methodical equipment of musical education and musical and pedagogical education and to ensure its intensification. The accelerated pace of specialist training gives a direct economic result.
