Першаснае ўспрыманне твора мастацкай літаратуры як метадычная праблема

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the primary perception of epic works of fiction by students. It analyzes the results of a study conducted in 14 schools in the Republic of Belarus. On the basis of questionnaires identified the main features of primary perception by the 10th grade students of the novel "People in the swamp" by Ivan Melezh. In turn, the author defines the general features of the primary perception of a great epic work by senior students. Knowledge of the characteristics of this kind of perception enables the teacher to determine properly how to treat a specific novel or story.
