Abstract
В статье рассматривается поликультурная компетентность педагога как интегративное качество личности, определяющее эффективность профессиональной деятельности в условиях глобализации и межкультурного взаимодействия. Автор обосновал необходимость системного развития поликультурной компетентности, определил её структурные компоненты, обеспечивающие успешную социализацию и воспитание обучающихся в многонациональном обществе.
The article examines teachers’ multicultural competence as an integrative personal quality that determines the effectiveness of professional activity in the context of globalization and intercultural interaction. The author substantiates the necessity of systematically developing multicultural competence and identifies its structural components, which ensure the successful socialization and education of students in a multiethnic society
