Abstract
Ретроспективный взгляд на историю исследований музыкально-педагогической деятельности и музыкально-образовательного процесса позволил констатировать, что три направления исследований (исследования в области теории и методики общего музыкального образования, психолого-педагогические разработки и музыкально- педагогические вопросы профессиональной подготовки педагога- музыканта) характерны как для китайской, так и для белорусской науки. Сравнительный анализ систем музыкального и музыкально-
педагогического образования двух стран показал, что общее музыкальное воспитание в школе поставлено в Китайской Народной Республике очень высоко, в то время как в Республике Беларусь приоритет отдается
дополнительному музыкальному образованию, которое дети получают в детской музыкальной школе, детской школе искусств и пр. Ценностные основы музыкально-образовательного процесса включают в себя систему аксиологических детерминант, пронизывающих как нормативные, так и практикоориентированные аспекты образовательного процесса
A retrospective look at the history of research in musicalpedagogical activity and the musical-educational process has allowed us to note that three areas of research (research in the field of theory and methods of general musical education, psychological-educational researches and musicalpedagogical issues of pedagogue-musician training) are inherent in both Chinese and Belarusian science. Comparative analysis of the systems of musical and musical-pedagogical education of the two countries showed that the general musical education in the school is at very high level in China, while in the Republic of Belarus priority is given to complementary music education, which children receive at children's music schools, children's schools of arts and so on. Value foundations of the musical-educational process include a system of axiological determinants that run through both normative and practice-oriented aspects of the educational process.
