ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ И ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ СОДЕРЖАНИЯ ПОДГОТОВКИ СПЕЦИАЛИСТА В СФЕРЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость изменения структуры навыков для специалиста в сфере информационной безопасности (далее - ИБ). Раскрывается специфика современного состояния проблемы инсайдерской деятельности и внутреннего фрода, дается характеристика основных тенденций развития технических систем обеспечения ИБ, подразумевающих анализ поведения пользователей, обсуждается концепция платформы оркестровки безопасности, автоматизации и реагирования. Обосновывается важность всеобъемлющего учета роли человеческого факторав обеспечении ИБ. Описываются некоторые подходы к использованию оценки поведенческих паттернов в интересах обеспечения ИБ. The article substantiates the necessity of changing the structure of the necessary skills for specialist in the sphere of informational security (IS). It reveals the specificity of contemporary state of the problem of insider activity and internal fraud, gives the characteristics of the main tendencies of development of technical systems of IS maintenance which presuppose the analysis of behavior of users. The concept of platform for orchestration of security, automation and reacting is discussed. The article substantiates the importance of overwhelming taking into account of the role of human factor in IS maintenance.It describes several approaches to using the estimation of behavioral patterns in the interests of IS maintenance.
