СОЗДАНИЕ И ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ ИНСТИТУТА ПОДАТНОЙ ИНСПЕКЦИИ НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ БЕЛАРУСИ В 1885–1914 ГГ

Abstract

В диссертационном исследовании впервые в отечественной и зарубежной историографии раскрыта деятельность института податной инспекции на территории Беларуси в 1885–1914 гг. Выявлены причины создания, структура, функции податной инспекции, рассмотрен ее кадровый состав, охарактеризован социокультурный облик инспекторов. Впервые установлены основные направления фискальной деятельности податных инспекторов, дана оценка ее эффективности. Новым стало выявление специфических функций податной инспекции на территории Беларуси.In the dissertation research, for the first time in domestic and foreign historiography, the activities of the institute of tax inspection on the territory of Belarus in 1885–1914 has been revealed. The reasons for the creation, structure, and functions of the tax inspection has been revealed, its personnel composition has been considered, and the socio-cultural appearance of inspectors has been characterized. For the first time, the main directions of the fiscal activity of tax inspectors have been established, and an assessment of its effectiveness has been given. The identification of specific functions of the tax inspection on the territory of Belarus has become new.
