Abstract

В Республики Беларусь два государственных языка – белорусский и русский (статья 17 Конституции РБ). При этом значительная часть населения Беларуси в различных сферах общественной жизни пользуется русским языком. Ситуация русско-белорусского двуязычия не может не сказываться на освоении норм каждого из языков. Близкое родство русского и белорусского языков, при которой черты сходства преобладают над различиями, имеет свои преимущества и недостатки. На уровне понимания речи облегчается овладение языками, на уровне воспроизведения – возникают определенные трудности.
