В статье рассматривается основополагающие педагогические условия формирования исполнительской культуры студентов-музыкантов: наличие комплекса компетенций у преподавателя; направленность учебно-воспитательного процесса на дисциплинах музыкально-исполнительского цикла в развитии коммуникативно-исполнительского
мастерства студента; активизация их творческого самопроявления через включение в управляемую самостоятельную работу
