ТАЙВАНЬ В АМЕРИКАНО-КИТАЙСКИХ ОТНОШЕНИЯХ: ИСТОРИЯ И СОВРЕМЕННОСТЬ

Abstract

Статья посвящена истории и современным взаимоотношениям США, КНР и Тайваня. Рассмотрены имевшие место три тайваньских кризиса, ключевые события, основополагающие документы и обязательства, мотивы и содержание практической политики трех сторон в 1949-2020 гг. На основании анализа эволюции политики США по отношению к КНР и Тайваню, позиций Пекина и Тайбэя по вопросам единства Китая, изменений, произошедших в соотношении сил в течение последних 15 лет, автор приходит к выводу о неспособности сторон добиться поставленных целей и реальной угрозе возникновения четвертого Тайваньского кризиса. The article is dedicated to the history and modern interrelations of the USA, PRC and Taiwan. It considers the three Taiwan crises, key events, basic documents and obligations, motives and contents of practical policy of the three sides in 1949-2020. On the base of the analysis of evolution of the USA policy related to PRC and Taiwan, positions of Beijing and Taipei in matters of unity of China, the changes which occurred in the correlation of forces during the latest 15 years, the author makes the conclusion about the inability of the sides to achieve the set goals and about real threat of occurrence of the fourth Taiwan crisis.
