Abstract
The paper presents an overview of international cooperation practices at Belarusian State
University in the context of internationalisation of higher education. It focuses on conceptual
and practical alternatives for internationalisation activities, and the conditions and mechanisms
for implementing international standards in the research, teaching and management practices
of a higher education institution as means to facilitate its continued development.
