dc.description.abstractУ 1772 г. у выніку 1-га падзелу Рэчы Паспалітай усходнебеларускія землі былі ўключаны ў склад Расіі. У сферы правасуддзя расійскімі ўладамі тут быў праведзены шэраг мерапрыемстваў, накіраваных на ўніфікацыю мясцовай судовай сістэмы з расійскай. Галоўным з іх стала ўвядзенне тут у 1778 г. “Учреждений для управления губерний Всероссийской империи”. Пры гэтым у сферы грамадзянскага судаводства захоўвалася дзеянне Статута ВКЛ 1588 г. і выкарыстанне польскай мовы.бел
dc.description.abstractIn 1772, as a result of the 1st division of Poland the Eastern Belarusian lands were incorporated into Russia. In the field of justice by the Russian authorities carried out a number of activities aimed at the unification of Russian and the local judicial systems. The main activity was introducing the “The institutions of provincial administration of the Russian Empire” in 1778. The Statute GDL of 1588 and the use of the Polish language remained acting in the field of civil court proceedings.en
