Abstract
В статье раскрываются основные социокультурные тенденции и факторы, повлекшие изменения в
стратегиях развития высшего образования в период цифровой трансформации; обоснованы современные требования к универсальным компетенциям выпускников университетов. Определены условия организации и методики профессиональной подготовки студентов, способствующие развитию у них профессиональных и универсальных компетенций.
The article deals with the basic social and cultural trends and factors, which have caused changes in the strategies for higher education development in terms of the digital transformation.
