Abstract

В диссертации впервые определены сущность, структура, уровни сформированности лидерской компетентности у обучающихся; обоснован потенциал студенческого самоуправления в формировании лидерской компетентности студентов; создана и апробирована модель, авторская методика и методическое обеспечение формирования лидерской компетентности у обучающихся в условиях студенческого самоуправления. The dissertation for the first time defines the essence, structure, levels of formation of leadership competence among students; substantiated the potential of student self-government in the formation of leadership competence of students; a model, an author's methodology and methodological support for the formation of leadership competence among students in the conditions of student self-government were created and tested.
