КАВАЛЕРИЯ БЕЛОРУССКОГО ВОЕННОГО ОКРУГА В 1930-х гг

Abstract

В статье анализируется процесс развития кавалерии Белорусского военного округа в период с начала 1930-х гг. и до 1 сентября 1939 г. - дня начала Второй мировой войны. Этот временной промежуток включал реформирование, результатом которого стал рост численного состава, технического оснащения и боеспособности Советской армии. Отмечается, что совершенствование конницы округа в 1930-х гг. осуществлялось в рамках реформирования и программ развития Вооруженных Сил Советского Союза. В материале освещаются вопросы реорганизации и укрепления организационно-штатной структуры, технического переоснащения и изменения дислокации конницы округа. На основе анализа архивных документов и научной литературы сделаны выводы об особенностях процесса развития кавалерийских войск Белорусского военного округа.

The article analyzes the process of development of the cavalry of the Belarusian Military District in the period from the beginning of the 1930s. and until September 1, 1939 - the day the Second World War began. This time period included reforms, which resulted in an increase in the size, technical equipment and combat effectiveness of the Soviet army. It is noted that the improvement of the district cavalry in the 1930s. was carried out as part of the reform and development programs of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union. The material covers issues of reorganization and strengthening of the organizational structure, technical re-equipment and changes in the district cavalry deployment. Based on the analysis of archival documents and scientific literature, conclusions were drawn about the features of the development process of the cavalry troops of the Belarusian military district.
