Abstract
В статье методологически обоснованно рассмотрены сущность и функции художественно-педагогической мастерской. Авторы подчеркивают прецедент возникновения педагогической мастерской в области хорового искусства из нужд практики. Искусство создавать хор и управлять им представлено как ведущая компетенция педагога-музыканта. Феномен мастерской исследуется авторами как эффективное средство, интенсивная форма и оптимальная образовательная среда подготовки хоровых дирижеров. Художественно-педагогическая мастерская трактуется авторами как сложная педагогическая система, явившаяся базисом национальной системы хорового образования в Беларуси. Дефиниция «художественно-педагогическая мастерская» исследуется авторами в контексте понятий, составляющих ее единый смысл. Представлена наглядная модель художественно-педагогической мастерской.
The article methodologically substantiates the essence and functions of the artistic and pedagogical workshop. The authors emphasize the precedent of the emergence of a pedagogical workshop in the field of choral art from the needs of practice. The art of creating and managing a choir is presented as the leading competence of a teacher-musician. The phenomenon of the workshop is investigated by the authors as an effective means, an intensive form and an optimal educational environment for the training of choral conductors. The authors interpret the art and pedagogical workshop as a complex pedagogical system, which was the basis of the national choral education system in Belarus. The definition of «artistic and pedagogical workshop» is studied by the authors in the context of the concepts that make up its unified meaning. A visual model of an artistic and pedagogical workshop is presented.
