Abstract
В статье предпринята попытка дать представление студенчеству о семье и ее роли в современном обществе. Кроме того, раскрывается содержание брачного договора как одного из первых видов договоров, излагается его краткая история возникновения, раскрываются какие правоотношения могут быть прописаны в брачном договоре.
The article attempts to give students an idea of the family and its role in modern society.
