THE IMPACT OF FAMILY EDUCATION ON TEENAGERS’ MENTAL HEALTH

Abstract

Today's society is constantly developing politically, economically and culturally, and science and technology are constantly advancing. Therefore, modern society is highly competitive and complex, and there is a greater need for high-quality talents who are physically and psychologically healthy, and the state of mental health will affect teenagers’ learning, work and life. In such a social background, education is particularly vital, which requires teenagers to adapt to the high-speed development of society, but also to enhance the ability of psychological tolerance. This paper analyzes the impact of family education on the mental health of teenagers, and centers on initiatives to educate teenagers about their mental health, in the hope of improving the mental health of teenagers.
