ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЙ СТУДЕНТОВ ОБ УПРАВЛЕНИИ МЕТОДИЧЕСКОЙ РАБОТОЙ В ДОО

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема профессиональной подготовки будущих воспитателей в части управления методической работой на диагностической основе. С опорой на результаты опроса выявлены особенности представлений студентов об управлении методической работой в ДОО. Определены основные принципы обучения будущих воспитателей с позиций основных положений компетентностного подхода.The article discusses the problem of professional training of future educators in terms of managing methodological work on a diagnostic basis. Based on the results of the survey, the features of students’ ideas about the management of methodological work in preschool educational institutions were identified. The basic principles of training future educators are determined from the standpoint of the main provisions of the competency-based approach.
