Abstract
В статье представлен опыт успешной организации процесса подготовки работников высшей научной квалификации в БГПУ им. М. Танка. Выделены факторы, влияющие на повышение эффективности деятельности аспирантуры и докторантуры, раскрыто содержание организационно-управленческой деятельности с учетом этих факторов.
The article presents the experience of successful organization of the process of training workers with the advanced scientific qualifications at the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank. A number of factors that exert influence on boosting the efficiency of PhD and Grand PhD studies have been identified, in view of these factors the content of organizational and managerial activities has been disclosed.
