Abstract
В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к проблеме психологической готовности личности к управленческой деятельности. Формирование профессионально значимых качеств современного руководителя в период переподготовки, повышает требования к разработке учебных программ, применение новых психологических технологий для их освоения. Проанализированы технологии формирования таких компетенций как коммуникативные, организаторские и другие наиболее значимые для руководства и управления в организации.
The material deals with modem approaches to the problem of the psychological readiness of a person for managerial activity. The formation of professionally significant qualities of a modern leader during the period of retraining increases the requirements for the development of curricula, the use of new psychological technologies for their development. The technologies for the formation of such competencies as communicative, organizational and other most significant for leadership and management in the organization are analyzed.
