Abstract
В статье рассматривается специфика влияния американского фактора на определение и осуществление внешнеполитического курса ЕЭС/ЕС в отношении КНР. Указывается, что характер трансатлантических отношений во многом определил основные направления взаимодействия ЕЭС/ЕС с КНР, а также явился причиной изменения внешнеполитического поведения организации на китайском направлении.
The article highlights the specificity of the influence of the US factor on the formulation and implementation of the EEC/EU’s policy towards the PRC. It is indicated that the nature of the transatlantic relations largely defined the main directions of cooperation between the EEC/EU and the PRC and also caused changes in the foreign policy behavior of the organization in the Chinese direction.
