Abstract
Дается критический анализ утвердившейся в последние годы в учебной и методической литературе формулировки закона инерции и способа введения понятия инерциальной системы отсчета. Предлагается иной подход, который свободен от недостатков, присущих данной формулировке.
A critical analysis of the formulation of the law of inertia and the method of introducing the concept of an inertial frame of reference is given which has been established in the educational and methodological literature in recent years. A different approach, which is free from the shortcomings inherent in this formulation is proposed.
