В статье рассмотрены вопросы компетентностного портрета учителя, который работает в педагогическом классе и ведет факультативные занятия «Введение в педагогическую профессию»:
профессионально-коммуникативная и общепедагогическая, социально-психологическая и рефлексивная компетенции и т.д.
