МОДЕЛЬ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ УЧИТЕЛЯ НА ОСНОВЕ МЕЖДИСЦИПЛИНАРНОЙ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ

Abstract

В статье представлена модель инновационной профессиональной подготовки учителя на основе междисциплинарной интеграции. Раскрыто содержание блоков модели: концептуального, целевого, содержательно-методического, исполнительно-корректирующего и результативного. Концептуальный блок модели представлен на трех уровнях методологического анализа: общефилософском, общенаучном и конкретно-научном. На основе положений методологических подходов концептуального блока модели определены принципы профессиональной подготовки учителя. Описан механизм организации инновационной профессиональной подготовки учителя на основе междисциплинарной интеграции.The article presents a model of innovational professional training of a teacher on the base of interdisciplinary integration. It reveals the contents of the model blocks: conceptual, target, content-methodical, executive-correcting, and resultative. The conceptual block of the model is presented on the three levels of methodological analysis: general philosophical, general scientific, and special-scientific. On the base of provisions of methodological approaches of the conceptual block of the model we define the principles of professional training of a teacher. The paper describes the mechanism of organization of innovational professional training of a teacher on the base of interdisciplinary integration.
