ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ БЕЛАРУСИ В ПОСТПАНДЕМИЙНЫЙ ПЕРИОД

Abstract

Во введении статьи обоснована актуальность исследуемой проблематики, обозначена специфика функционирования учреждений культуры в современных реалиях развития общества. Основная часть статьи содержит подробное исследование основных статистических показателей деятельности таких учреждений культуры, как библиотеки, театры, концертные организации, музеи. На основе анализа данных статистики описано текущее состояние учреждений культуры, а также представлена динамика их развития за последние пять лет. Выявлено, что современная ситуация в сфере деятельности учреждений культуры носит в последние годы достаточно неоднозначный характер, обусловленный ситуацией пандемии. Данный фактор сказался на показателях деятельности учреждений культуры, которые существенно снизились. В заключении отмечается, что в силу сложившихся обстоятельств перед учреждениями культуры стоит задача поиска новых моделей коммуникации с посетителями, создания культурного продукта, соответствующего актуальным трендам развития социума. Данная статья представляет научный интерес для специалистов, которые исследуют современные проблемы функционирования учреждений культуры в условиях современных тенденций общества. The introduction to the article substantiates the relevance of the studied problem, points out the specificity of functioning of culture establishments in the modern reality of society development. The main part of the article contains detailed research of the main statistical indices of activity of such culture establishments as libraries, theatres, concert organizations, museums. On the base of data analysis of statistics we describe the current state of culture establishments and present the dynamics of their development during the last five years. It is revealed that the modern situation in the sphere of activity of culture establishments in the last years bears an uncertain nature specified by the pandemic situation. This factor influenced the indices of activity of culture establishments which decreased significantly. In the conclusion we mark that due to the given circumstances, culture establishments face the task of searching new models of communication with visitors, creating cultural product corresponding to the relevant trends of society development. This article presents scientific interest for specialists who study modern problems of functioning of culture establishments in the conditions of modern trends of society.
