ОБЩЕЕ (ЕДИНОЕ) ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЕ ПРОСТРАНСТВО СОДРУЖЕСТВА НЕЗАВИСИМЫХ ГОСУДАРСТВ В ПРАВОВЫХ ДОКУМЕНТАХ: ПОНЯТИЯ, ПРАКТИКА И СЛОЖНОСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные характеристики единого (общего) образовательного пространства Содружества Независимых Государств, принципы и направления взаимодействия стран по его формированию. Особое внимание уделено специфике законодательства Содружества в сфере образования, а также конкретным результатам сближения образовательных систем. Выявлен ряд факторов, препятствующих интеграции в сфере образования.The article considers the main characteristics of common (united) educational environment of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the principles and directions of interaction of countries on its forming. The main attention is given to the specificity of legislation of the Commonwealth in the sphere of education as well as certain results of convergence of educational systems. The paper reveals a number of factors hindering integration in the sphere of education.
