Abstract
В статье раскрываются причины, принципы и сложности проведения политики по отношению к евреям, а также введения законодательства, которое регулировал интеграцию евреев в российское общество в начале ХІХ в.
The article reveals the reasons, principles and difficulties in pursuing a policy towards Jews, as well as in the introduction of such legislation. A document that would regulate the integration of Jews into Russian societyat the beginning of the 19th century.
