Abstract
В статье раскрываются основные социокультурные тенденции и факторы, повлекшие изменения в стратегиях развития высшего образования в условиях новой промышленной революции. Раскрыты характеристики IV промышленной революции и обоснованы перспективные направления модернизации
высшего образования и требования к универсальным компетенциям выпускников университетов.
The article deals with the basic social and cultural trends and factors, which have caused changes in the strategies for higher education development in terms of the new industrial revolution. The characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution are revealed; the perspective directions of the modernization of higher education and the requirements to university graduates’ universal competences are substantiated.
