ВОИНСКИЕ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ КРАСНОЙ АРМИИ НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ БЕЛОРУССКОЙ ССР (1921–1939 гг.): СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ И РАЗВИТИЕ

Abstract

Статья посвящена отдельным направлениям военного строительства на территории Белорусской ССР. В материале раскрывается процесс становления и развития группировки войск Белорусского военного округа в межвоенный период (1921–1939 гг.), направленный на обеспечение безопасности западных рубежей Советского Союза и подготовку к прогнозируемым войнам. Рассматривается содержание военных реформ. В статье прослеживается динамика изменения численности войск округа, выявлена взаимосвязь увеличения группировки, расширения масштабов и повышения качества проведения мероприятий боевой подготовки воинских формирований, дислоцировавшихся на территории Республики, с учетом уровня международной напряженности. На основе анализа архивных документов и научной литературы сделаны выводы об особенностях трансформации группировки войск в приграничной Беларуси, находящейся на наиболее важном в стратегическом отношении направлении. The article is devoted to separate directions of military building in the territory of Belarusia SSR. The material reveals the process of forming and development of group of armies of Belarusia military district in the interwar period (1921-1939) directed towards providing security for the western borders of the Soviet Union and preparation for the predicted wars. The article considers the content of military reforms, traces the dynamics of changing of the number of armies in the district, reveals the interconnection of increasing the group, broadening the scales and improving the quality of arranging the events of combat training of the military units dislocated in the territory of the Republic with the account of the level of international tension. On the base of the analysis of archival documents and scientific literature the conclusion was made about the features of transformation of the group of armies in border Belarus which is situated in the most important direction from strategic point of view.
