ПОЛИТИЧЕСКАЯ ПРОГРАММА ФРАНЦУЗСКОЙ КОММУНИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ПАРТИИ В 1980–1990-е гг.

Abstract

На основе резолюций партийных съездов 1985–2000 гг. анализируется содержание политической программы Французской коммунистической партии и выясняется ее политический эффект. Определена сущность предложений коммунистов по решению проблем страны и развитию французского общества, выяснен характер изменений в содержании программы в рассматриваемые полтора десятилетия, установлено влияние программы на политические позиции партии в стране. Отмечается, что содержащийся в программе проект внутренней политики базировался на традиционных левых методах и при всех переменах в стране и мире не претерпел заметных изменений в силу того, что основная масса активистов выступала за сохранение традиционной идейно-политической идентичности партии. В силу этого программа не дала ожидаемого политического эффекта, несмотря на кажущуюся привлекательность содержавшихся в ней предложений. On the base of resolutions of party meetings in 1985-2000 the content of the political program of French communist party is analyzed and its political effect is revealed. The essence of communists’ offers on solving the problems of the country and development of the French society is defined, the character of the changes in the content of the program in the considered one and a half decades is revealed, the influence of the program on the political positions of the party in the country is defined. It is emphasized that the project of internal policy in the program based on traditional left methods and with all the changes in the country and in the world did not have any significant changes for the reason that the main mass of the activists claimed for preserving the traditional idea-political identity of the party. For this reason the program did not give the expected politival effect in spite of the seeming attractiveness of the offers in it.
