Abstract

The article is devoted to the employment problems of people with disabilities. The author presents data about the condition of disabled people in our country in the field of employment as well as shows what non-standard forms of employment are accepted worldwide. The article draws attention to the need of ensuring equal access for disabled persons to vocational training and employment. Disabled employment in terms of economics is connected primarily with the supply of labour to the national economy as well as the availability of jobs suitable for people with disabilities. The article focuses on the untapped potential, inter alia labour capacity, including, which the state should utilize.
