Maxwell equations and possibilities of their application to representation the magneto-electric properties in ferroelectric media

Abstract

The ferroelectrics is a novel class of media where the stationary magnetoelectric phenomena are observed. Such phenomena can not be described via Maxwell's equations. This means that constant in time electric field E can generate the constant magnetization M. Respectively the constant in time magnetic field H can generate a constant electric polarization as electric dipole moment of unit volume. Scientific supervices: prof. V. Sobol, prof. T.
