Abstract

The modern sociocultural situation in the world is characterized by the change of human position in it. Sometimes the fate of all mankind depends on one man activity. We have in mind the increase of human possibilities to influence the direction and the content of social and cultural processes, intensification of political and cultural leaders influence through the mass information media to people and so on. Thus nowadays we can't work without taking into account the events occuring in the world individual stand. Our comprehension of ecological situation means that the reason of ecological crisis is not in the production crisis but it is in the crisis of culture. It makes the activity on the change of human consciousness and culture urgent. Education is a sphere of social practice. It serves to solve these problems. Hence the change of place and role of education practice will make it possible to solve both regional and global problems of human practice.
