Abstract
The article outlines the issue of the innovative technology use while creating the information and education environment at the pedagogical university of a new type. Innovative technologies make it possible not only to improve traditional forms and techniques used in the educational process, but also to employ new forms: webinars, training, teleconferences and videoconferences, forums and others.
