ПОЛИТИКА РОССИЙСКОГО ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВА В СФЕРЕ ИЗБИРАТЕЛЬНЫХ ПРАВ ДВОРЯНСТВА И КОМПЛЕКТОВАНИЯ ВЫБОРНЫМИ ОТ ДВОРЯНСТВА СЛУЖАЩИМИ СУДЕБНЫХ И ПОЛИЦЕЙСКИХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ В БЕЛАРУСИ (1772–1863 гг.)

Abstract

В диссертационном исследовании впервые в отечественной и зарубежной историографии раскрыта эволюция политики российского правительства в сфере цензовых ограничений избирательных прав дворянства и комплектования выборными от дворянства служащими органов суда и полиции в Беларуси в 1772– 1863 гг. под влиянием внутри- и внешнеполитических факторов. Впервые в исторической науке дана периодизация данной политики.For the first time in domestic and foreign historiography, a dissertation study revealed the evolution of the policy of the Russian government in the field of qualification restrictions on the electoral rights of the nobility and the recruitment of court and police officers elected from the nobility in Belarus in 1772-1863 under the influence of domestic and foreign policy factors. For the first time in historical science, the periodization of this policy is given.
