ПАДРЫХТОЎКА І РЭАЛІЗАЦЫЯ «ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ О СБЕРЕЖЕНИИ ЛЕСОВ» 1888 г. НА ТЭРЫТОРЫІ БЕЛАРУСКІХ ГУБЕРНЯЎ

Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны пытанню распрацоўкі і рэалізацыі «Положения о сбережении лесов» 1888 г. на тэрыторыі беларускіх губерняў. Асаблівая ўвага надаецца дзейнасці дзяржаўных органаў кіравання па вывучэнні адпаведнага замежнага заканадаўства, падрыхтоўцы праектаў «Положения…» і яго рэалізацыі з улікам мясцовых асаблівасцей на тэрыторыі Беларусі. На падставе атрыманых вынікаў робіцца выснова аб паспяховасці захадаў урада ў адзнача- ным кірунку. The article is devoted to the question of working out and realization of the “Statute on protection of forests” of 1888 in the territory of Belarusian provinces. Special attention is given to the activity of state administration bodies on studying the corresponding foreign laws, preparation of projects of the “Statute...” and its realization with the account of local features in the territory of Belarus. On the base of the obtained results the conclusion about successful work of the administration in the mentioned direction is made.
