Abstract
В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы подготовки будущего учителя с акцентом на профессиональное самосовершенствование. Особое значение в статье уделяется основным условиям, которые будут способствовать самосовершенствованию будущего педагога: психолого-педагогические знания, умения и навыки, соответствующие методике обучения определенному предмету, навыки реализации теоретических знаний в практике обучения и воспитания, а также технологичность и мобильность процесса самосовершенствования и самовоспитания
The article discusses topical issues of training a future teacher with an emphasis on professional self-improvement. The article pays special attention to the main conditions that will contribute to the self-improvement of the future teacher: psychological and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities corresponding to the methodology of teaching a certain subject, skills for the implementation of theoretical knowledge in the practice of teaching and upbringing, as well as the adaptability and mobility of the process of self-improvement and self-education
